Where can I buy Harkie products from?

You can buy direct from this site, or you can buy from one or our approved dealers. To see a list of dealers who stock our products, visit our dealers page. If you have a local dealer who you’d prefer to buy from, who is not listed, let us know and we can talk to them about stocking Harkie Global products.

What if I want a Harkie product that my preferred dealer doesn’t stock?

Let us know, and we can talk to them about putting it into stock. Alternatively if you need it immediately you can buy online from this site.

Can I amend an order placed online?

This depends on how far we’ve got with processing your order. We’ll always try to help, so if you need to add to or amend an order give us a call and we’ll do our best!

Do you offer discounts?

To end users, no. This ensures that all customers get a fair deal whether they buy from us or one of our dealers. If you are a dealer, and are interested in stocking our products, please contact us for more information on our dealer discounts.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the products?

No. We are a mailorder outlet, so we don’t have a physical shop or showroom. However, many of our dealers do, so why not visit your nearest dealer to see or try on Harkie products?


What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on end user orders over £250.00 excluding VAT. Orders under £250.00 attract a £7.95 carriage charge, based on UK mainland. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore isles or export destinations attract additional carriage charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. If the destination you require is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a quote.

How long does delivery take?

You can select your preferred delivery option at checkout but typically, orders received before 2pm are shipped same day on a next day delivery service to UK mainland. Delivery to outlying areas usually takes a little longer.


Is there a cost for returning products?

In most circumstances, no, providing your return meets our returns criteria. There are occasional instances where a handling charge may apply, and if this is the case we will inform you. The cost of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you use a tracked and/or insured service that is appropriate to the value of goods being returns.

How do I return an item?

Please fill in our returns form prior to sending items back so that we know what you’re returning, and how you would like us to respond (exchange or refund).

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Please fill in our returns form prior which gives you an option to request an exchange.


What happen in the event of a faulty product?

If you believe you have a faulty product, please either complete our Returns form or Contact us. We will then be able to investigate the issue and advise how best to proceed.


What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for our payment process. You can see which payment cards we accept by visiting our Payments page.
